Since 2020 we have been teaching positive mindfulness and mindset techniques to children in a fun and innovative way - in-person and online.
Our unique Mentoring 4 Kids by Kids makes our courses relatable, fun and engaging for children - every child hears from a voice just like their own!
Our calm kits are a way for us to support children when they are going through milestones in their journey that are known to increase emotions, stress and anxiety.
Change and transition can create unsettled minds. Our Calm Kits are for parents and educators that want to support children embrace calm confidence in times of change.
